Eaton Corporation's IS AER FED division is seeking a Program Manager II for our Glenolden, PA facility. The role leads NPD programs, manages budgets, and coordinates Integrated Product Teams to drive customer satisfaction and program profitability.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk; communicating with customers; maintaining program metrics; and developing proposals while ensuring compliance with aerospace requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of six (6) years experience in Program Management; or a combination of Program Management with some Engineering and/or Product Development Management.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person.
• No relocation benefit is being offered. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beltsville, MD or Glenolden, PA will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Profit and Loss for New Product Development (NPD) Program(s) and Standard Transition (STP) projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, cost, and quality commitments.
• Execute IPT leadership across projects and programs, coaching teams and resolving issues.
• Set objectives and provide direction on customer concerns, scope changes, and risk assessment; facilitate program management processes.
• Maintain effective customer communications and act as the program interface, ensuring responsiveness to requirements and contractual commitments.
• Coordinate program reviews, publish PM metrics and reports, and ensure proper use of PROLaunch NPD/STP/APQP tools.
• Monitor program performance metrics (EV, quality, technical performance, delivery) across gates and manage risk mitigation actions.
• Develop proposals and support program plans; coordinate cross-site resources and One Eaton Aerospace programs.
