Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FED division is seeking a Program Manager I to support their Engine Solutions & Electrification business in Beltsville, MD. This role involves managing the Program for New Product Development (NPD), ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing project costs and timelines.

Qualified candidates will have at least three years in Program Management and a Bachelor’s degree. Experience in the Aerospace sector is preferred. The expected salary is $112,000 - $164,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience in Program Management, Engineering or Product Development.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in the Aerospace Industry preferred.
