Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FED division is seeking a Program Manager II to lead the successful execution of NPD programs and budgets at the Glenolden, PA site.

The role requires IPT leadership, customer satisfaction emphasis, and lifecycle financial performance while managing contracts and cross-site programs. Strong communication and risk management skills are essential for timely, cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of six (6) years experience in Program Management; or a combination of Program Management with some Engineering and/or Product Development Management.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information and U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Profit and Loss for NPD Program(s) and STP projects and RAA for every project scope delivery and successful execution within, technical, schedule, budget, cost, and quality commitments.
• Execute IPT leadership across the project(s) and program(s). Promote rapid resolution to issues and coach on performance indicators.
• Establish objectives and provide direction to program teams on customer concerns, scope changes and risk assessment; facilitate implementation of program management processes.
• Maintain effective customer communications and manage contractual commitments and expectations.
• Ensure standard program management processes are utilized and support programs through PM reviews, metrics, and reports.
• Maintain performance metrics for earned value, quality, technical performance, and delivery for PROLaunch NPD/STP phase gates.
• Lead IPT teams to identify risks and mitigation actions, coordinating all program requirements.
• Develop contract pricing strategies and ensure proper change management processes.
• Provide monthly program updates and status reports to multiple levels of the organization.
• Coordinate and monitor cross-site program personnel and budget for program transitions.
