Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Beltsville, MD is seeking an Engineering Program Manager I to lead ProLaunch NPD/STP programs, manage IPTs, and own budget, schedule, cost, and quality commitments across multiple sites.

You will drive customer satisfaction, implement program management processes, provide monthly status updates, and mentor teams while coordinating with the FED and One Eaton Aerospace organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Program Management; or combination with Engineering/Product Development.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• ITAR relevant information; U.S. person per ITAR.
• No relocation assistance; candidates within 50-mile radius of Beltsville, MD or Glenolden, PA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD/STP programs and manage IPTs across sites, ensuring scope, schedule, cost and quality commitments.
• Own program budgeting, pricing strategy, terms and conditions, and contract flow-down.
• Provide monthly program updates (status green/yellow/red) on milestones and risk items.
• Coordinate customer communications and manage expectations with internal teams and customers.
• Implement standard program management processes and publish metrics and reports.
