Qualifications

• Graduate of an MSN, DNP, or PA program.
• Active and unrestricted license (NP or PA) by start date.
• Certification in approved specialty (AANP/ANCC or NCCPA).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions with diagnostics and interventions.
• Develop and oversee complex, individualized treatment plans.
• Lead goals-of-care and advance care planning discussions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and caregivers.
