Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager Senior Not-for-Profit in Business Banking to manage existing client relationships and develop strategies focused on client selection, delivering outstanding service while adhering to regulatory and risk frameworks.

In this role you will build trusted advisory relationships, manage a portfolio up to $40 million, grow the client base, and provide tailored banking solutions to Not-for-Profit clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business banking relationship management or related lending.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Not-for-Profit regulations and risk management; familiarity with RFPs and due diligence.
• Ability to identify innovative solutions to best serve clients and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships to provide best-in-class client advice and service across multiple products and services.
• Serve as trusted advisor delivering tailored business banking products and solutions to Not-for-Profit clients
• Manage a portfolio of clients; grow portfolio by prospecting for new clients and deepening relationships
• Manage credit opportunities within portfolio up to $40 million
• Utilize referral networks to identify and pursue potential new clients and long-term relationships
• Understand client organizations and analyze growth opportunities while ensuring profitability of Not-for-Profit portfolio
• Follow risk management and regulatory requirements to protect the firm
