Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager Senior Government in Business Banking to manage existing and develop new Government Not-for-Profit client relationships. You will deliver tailored finance solutions and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in business banking relationship management role or related business lending experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Government Not-for-Profit client base regulations and due diligence processes.
• Ability to identify innovative solutions to serve clients and manage risk.
• Demonstrated judgment to offer tailored solutions and monitor market trends.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships to provide best-in-class client advice and service.
• Serve as trusted advisor delivering customized business banking products for Government clients.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and grow it through new business and deeper relationships.
• Manage credit opportunities within portfolio up to $40 million.
• Leverage referral networks to identify and pursue new clients and long-term relationships.
• Understand client organizations and analyze growth opportunities to ensure profitability for Government Not-for-Profit clients.
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
