Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business banking relationship management or related lending.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
• Familiarity with Government Not-for-Profit client base, RFP processes, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative internal and external relationships to provide best-in-class client advice and service.
• Serve as a trusted advisor delivering tailored business banking products and solutions for Not-for-Profit clients.
• Manage a portfolio of clients; grow portfolio by prospecting for new clients and deepening relationships.
• Manage credit opportunities within portfolio up to $40 million.
• Leverage referral networks to identify and pursue new clients and long-term relationships.
• Understand client organizations to analyze growth opportunities and profitability.
