Job summary

Chase is seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager Senior Not-for-Profit within its Business Banking division in the United States. Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in business banking relationship management or related business lending experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Not-for-Profit client base requirements, laws, regulations, and risk management.
• Ability to identify innovative solutions to best serve client and manage risk.
• Demonstrated judgment to offer customized solutions meeting client needs; monitors segment trends.
• Strong local business network; leadership within community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships to provide best-in-class client advice and service across Not-for-Profit clients.
• Act as trusted advisor delivering customized business banking products and solutions.
• Manage a portfolio; prospect for new clients and deepen existing relationships.
• Manage credit opportunities within portfolio up to $40 million.
• Leverage referral networks to identify potential new clients and long-term relationships.
• Understand client organizations and growth opportunities while ensuring profitability.
