Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business banking relationship management role or related business lending experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of the requirements, laws, regulations, and risk management for Government Not-for-Profit client base; familiarity with RFP process and due diligence.
• Ability to identify innovative solutions to best serve client and/or manage risk.
• Demonstrate seasoned judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that meet client needs; monitors segment trends to anticipate client needs.

• Build collaborative relationships to provide best-in-class client advice and service; grow the portfolio.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for Not-for-Profit clients with tailored banking products and solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of clients; grow through prospecting and deepening relationships.
• Manage credit opportunities within portfolio up to $40 million.
• Utilize networks to identify and pursue new clients and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Understand client organizations and analyze growth opportunities to ensure profitability and risk controls.
