Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Not-for-Profit Business Relationship Manager to lead strategic counsel for nonprofit clients. You will manage a 50-65 client portfolio, grow relationships, and coordinate tailored financial solutions while ensuring risk and regulatory compliance across products and services.

The role requires deep nonprofit sector knowledge, a strong professional network, and demonstrated ability to translate client needs into bankable opportunities with sound governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in business banking relationship management or related business lending
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of nonprofit client base regulations and risk management; familiarity with RFP process and due diligence
• Ability to identify innovative solutions to best serve client and manage risk
• Demonstrate seasoned judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that meet client needs; monitor segment trends and outcomes
• Strong current business network; leader in community organizations such as Chambers of Commerce, Not-for-Profit boards

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships to provide client advice and service across multiple products and services
• Serve as trusted advisor delivering customized banking solutions for Not-for-Profit clients
• Manage a portfolio of 50-65 clients and grow the portfolio
• Manage credit opportunities within portfolio up to $40 million
• Leverage referral networks to identify and pursue new clients and long-term relationships
• Understand client organizations and analyze growth opportunities to ensure profitability of Not-for-Profit portfolio
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements
