Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Not-for-Profit Business Relationship Manager within Business Banking to manage existing nonprofit client relationships and develop strategies for growth. You will deliver tailored financial advice and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.

You will build trusted advisor relationships, prospect for new nonprofit clients, and manage credit opportunities up to large portfolio levels while maintaining client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business banking relationship management or related lending.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Not-for-Profit client requirements, laws, regulations, and risk management; familiarity with RFPs/due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships to provide client advice and service across products and services.
• Serve as trusted advisor delivering tailored business banking solutions for Not-for-Profit clients.
• Manage a portfolio of clients; grow portfolio by prospecting for new clients and deepening existing relationships.
• Manage credit opportunities within portfolio up to $40 million.
• Leverage referral networks to identify and pursue potential new nonprofit clients.
