Job summary

Southwest Airlines is seeking a Sr NOC Training & Standards Program Manager to lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of training and standards for the Network Operations Control (NOC). You will oversee FAA-regulated Dispatcher training, curricula, manuals, standards, procedures, and qualification programs to keep NOC staff prepared and compliant.

• Expert level experience in NOC training and standards programs.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations affecting dispatcher training.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of NOC Training & Standards.
• Oversee FAA-approved Dispatcher training and related regulatory requirements.
• Instruct or monitor training sessions and assess competency.
• Develop curricula, learning objectives, assessments, and qualification programs.
• Maintain training records per FAA regs and company policies.
• Govern governance of NOC standards and operating manuals.
• Update and manage dispatch and operational handbooks.
• Deliver presentations and executive briefings; collaborate with cross-department teams.
