Job summary

Southwest Airlines Co. is seeking a Sr NOC Training & Standards Program Manager to lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of training and standards programs for the Network Operations Control.

You will oversee FAA-regulated dispatcher training, maintain curricula and manuals, and collaborate with NOC leadership and SMEs to ensure operational readiness. This role requires on-site work at the Dallas, TX headquarters.

Qualifications

• Must hold High School Diploma or GED.
• Dispatch experience at a 14 CFR 121 Carrier is required.
• Preferred: airline NOC/OCC environment experience, training development and standards/procedure development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of NOC Training & Standards programs.
• Oversee FAA-approved Dispatch Training program and regulatory compliance.
• Instruct and/or monitor training sessions and competency checks.
• Develop curricula, learning objectives, assessments, and qualification programs.
• Maintain training records per Federal Regulations and company policies.
• Provide governance for standards, procedures, manuals, and publications.
• Create Read Before Dispatch guidance and training communications.
• Deliver presentations and executive briefings.
