Responsibilities

• Conducts needs analysis to develop effective solutions and ensures that solutions are consistent with requirements and conform to departmental standards.
• Manages programs to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Serve as a resource to ensure effective communication.
• Work Apply knowledge and skills in research, business processes, tools, departments, work processes, explanations and tests to solve various problems.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to provide advice or solutions in areas of expertise.
• Stay abreast of current developments in the arts.
• Identify problems, perform root cause analysis, analyze information, perform impact analysis, and create and execute strategies to create solutions.
• Identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to the problem.
• Understand the process for determining background in technical work, analyze information, and carefully evaluate and determine the accuracy of one's own work.
• Express ideas and business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of summary and organization.
• Understand at a general level how to integrate technology platforms/architecture into automated business solutions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of appropriate product documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders and business partners to maintain strong relationships to ensure goals and objectives are met.
• May perform other duties as assigned by senior staff.
