Job summary
Leidos is seeking a Joint Fires Network (JFN) NOC Technician to join the Scott AFB team. You will monitor and triage 24/7 events, update incident tickets, and coordinate with O&M and service providers to restore DISN/GIG services.
The role requires DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification, ability to work a 24/7 schedule, and experience with network hardware (routers, switches) and incident management tools. Active TS/SCI eligibility is required.

- DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 required by start date.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and track incident tickets using ServiceNow ITSM+S / JIRA and communicate status to leadership.
