Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate network circuits across routers and switches to ensure uptime.
• Perform real-time circuit redesign for outages and maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers and agencies to minimize mission impact.
• Monitor alarms using network management tools.
• Execute hardware replacements and software configurations.
• Document outages and resolutions in incident systems.
• Analyze incidents and recommend fixes across Cisco/Juniper devices.
