Responsibilities

Operate and configure networks across routers and switches to support DISA services.
Perform real-time circuit redesign and outage restoration actions.
Coordinate with internal/external customers and agencies to maximize network availability.
Monitor alarms and use network mgmt tools to identify issues.
Execute change management tasks including hardware/software configurations.
Document outages, degradations, escalations, and resolutions throughout incidents.
Assess network incidents and recommend fixes across Cisco/Juniper and related tech.
