RealmOne is seeking a NOC Technician to provide server, network monitoring, and operations support for key government customers. The role requires active Security Clearance with a Polygraph and will support a 24x7x365 GNOC environment.

Qualifications

• 7 years of applicable IT experience (combination of degree and work history accepted).
• Hands-on troubleshooting and fault isolation of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Support LAN/WAN and data communications systems.
• Monitor network availability and perform maintenance.
• Perform startup/shutdown procedures and maintain control records.
• Work weekends and holidays as GNOC operates 24x7x365.
• Night shift 6pm–6am after training on the day shift.
