Aditadv Tech in the United States seeks an experienced NOC/Technical Operations professional to monitor VoIP infrastructure and lead incident response. You will work with Grafana, Prometheus, GCP Monitoring, Kamailio/OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH/Asterisk, and PostgreSQL, resolving complex SIP issues and 24/7 shift coverage.

Mentor junior engineers, coordinate Tier 3 escalations, and ensure service reliability across carrier SIP trunks. Night shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualificações

• 6-8 years of experience in NOC/Technical Operations/Production Support.
• Hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP, Kamailio/OpenSIPS, or FreeSWITCH/Asterisk.
• Good knowledge of GCP, PostgreSQL, monitoring tools, and incident management.
• Experience with PagerDuty/Opsgenie, Jira, and Slack.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and incident-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 shift environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor VoIP and infrastructure health using Grafana, Prometheus, GCP Monitoring, and Homer.
• Troubleshoot SIP, RTP/RTCP, SDP, call quality, jitter, and packet loss issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot Kamailio/OpenSIPS and FreeSWITCH/Asterisk.
• Monitor GCP Compute Engine, VPC, Firewall, Load Balancers, and Static IPs.
• Troubleshoot PostgreSQL/Cloud SQL and PgBouncer issues.
• Analyze SIP traffic using Wireshark and sngrep.
• Handle P1/P2 incidents, execute runbooks, and coordinate Tier 3 escalations.
• Monitor carrier SIP trunks and troubleshoot 401, 403, and 503 errors.
• Mentor junior NOC engineers and support shift operations.
• Night shift ( 6pm to 3am) (9pm to 6am).
