Job summary

Granite Telecommunications, LLC. is seeking a seasoned NOC Technician to monitor, maintain, and support our network infrastructure, ensuring uptime and performance.

You will provide frontline troubleshooting and incident escalation while coordinating with engineering and support teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in network operations, expertise in VOIP/SIP, SD-WAN, and broadband, and a proven record of leading high-availability networks.

Qualifications

8+ years in network operations or telecom leadership.
Mastery of VOIP/SIP, SD-WAN, DIA, EPIK, and broadband technologies.
Deep understanding of network security frameworks and enterprise architecture.
Proven leadership in high-availability network environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Completion of Senior Level training bundle.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for the NOC, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Define and enforce best practices for network monitoring, incident response, and escalation.
Lead strategic initiatives to enhance VOIP, SD-WAN, and broadband service delivery.
Act as a liaison between NOC, engineering, and executive leadership.
Oversee vendor relationships and SLA compliance.
Mentor and develop career paths for NOC staff across all levels.
