Job summary

AAA Texas LLC seeks a Senior NOC Specialist to support national telecommunications and computing infrastructure in a high-availability environment. You will monitor host systems (MVS, Linux, Windows), manage LAN/WAN networks, and lead incident response during outages.

A four-year degree and experience with multi-platform operations are expected. Applicants should have strong problem-solving and customer-service skills, plus familiarity with System Center Operations Manager and SolarWinds.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IS Operations monitoring host systems and LAN/WAN technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and respond to incidents in a 24/7 NOC environment.
• Provide second-level technical support for platforms and services.
• Maintain system documentation and implement process improvements.
