Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a highly skilled NOC/CSOC professional in the Tysons, VA area to manage complex incidents across network, cloud, and security domains. You will analyze alerts from Microsoft Sentinel and Azure, coordinate with telecoms and MSPs, and ensure continuous service availability in a 24x7 environment.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, deep hands-on experience with cloud and on-prem technologies, and a proven ability to drive incident response and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Azure, and enterprise network monitoring tools.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, ISPs, vendors, or MSPs during complex incidents.
• Strong troubleshooting across network, cloud, infrastructure, and security incidents.
• Ability to operate in a 24x7x365 NOC/CSOC environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting of network, cloud, infrastructure, and security incidents.
• Correlate information from Microsoft Sentinel, Azure, and other monitoring tools during investigations.
• Coordinate with carriers, ISPs, OEM vendors, cloud providers, and MSPs during complex incidents.
• Validate service availability after maintenance or changes.
• Provide 24x7x365 NOC/CSOC services and ensure enterprise security and availability.
