Job summary

NAOVI is seeking a skilled NOC/SOC operations professional to provide 24x7 support for technology services. You will monitor Azure environments, Microsoft Sentinel, and on-premise networks, investigating alerts and performing initial troubleshooting to maintain secure, highly available infrastructure.

You will coordinate with carriers, cloud providers, OEMs, MSPs, and other third parties, while delivering incident response, cyber defense, and continuous service improvement in a demanding 24x7

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience monitoring enterprise networks and infrastructure.
• Experience troubleshooting outages, latency, or CPU/memory issues.
• Experience with network security modeling and analysis tools.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, cloud providers, OEMs, MSPs, or third-party vendors.
• Experience leading or managing personnel in a 24x7 operations center.
• Experience working in enterprise IT operations, network operations, or cybersecurity operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for NAOVI technology services operations.
• Support 24x7x365 Network Operations Center and Cyber Security Operations Center services.
• Monitor enterprise networks, infrastructure, and cybersecurity environments using agency tools.
• Monitor Microsoft Sentinel alerts and investigate data using KQL.
• Identify issues and perform initial troubleshooting for outages, connectivity, and CPU/memory problems.
• Provide incident response, cyber defense, operational engineering support, and continuous service improvement.
• Maintain secure, highly available enterprise infrastructure and ensure its availability, security, performance, and operational integrity.
• Provide monthly application metric data, including service requests, incidents, and calls per application, using agency reporting tools.
