Job summary

NAOVI is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to join our 24x7 operations team in Tysons, VA. The role focuses on monitoring enterprise networks, initial troubleshooting, and coordinating with cloud and service providers to maintain uptime.

Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI w/FS polygraph and have hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Azure in a security operations context. This full-time onsite position requires US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/FS polygraph is required.
• No sponsorships for security clearances.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding enterprise network monitoring tools.
• Ability to perform initial troubleshooting.
• Familiar with network security modeling or exposure-analysis tools.
• Experience with telecom carriers, ISPs, cloud providers, or MSPs.
