Job summary

AssistRx is seeking a Senior Analyst, NOC to join the Technical Operations team in Orlando. You will own incident response, monitoring configuration, and observability engineering to keep the platform healthy and understandable for engineering, product, and clients.

The role focuses on building dashboards, automation, and AI-assisted workflows, coordinating across teams, and producing actionable operational reports and RCAs to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and monitoring platforms.
• Ability to read automation scripts and understand logic.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own incident detection and first response for availability and health across APIs and services.
• Investigate degradations and outages with context for resolution teams.
• Document incidents and produce RCAs to share learnings across the org.
• Build and refine dashboards and synthetic probes for visibility into platform health.
• Develop automation runbooks and contribute to CI/CD for operations.
