Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an expert NLP AI Engineer with 10+ years of AI/ML/NLP experience to design, fine-tune, and deploy enterprise-scale LLMs. You will lead collaboration across AI research, engineering, and product teams, shaping scalable AI solutions with PyTorch, transformer models, and state-of-the-art distributed training techniques.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, production-grade pipelines, and strong knowledge of MLOps, cloud platforms, and evaluation frameworks

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in CS/AI/ML/NLP or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in AI/ML/NLP/LLM engineering.
• Expert Python with PyTorch and transformers.
• Proven production LLM deployment experience.
• Distributed training: FSDP, DeepSpeed ZeRO, parallelism.
• Experience with RLHF, DPO, PPO for preference optimization.
• Cloud AI workloads on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong ML/NLP methods, MLOps, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for production.
• Architect scalable distributed training pipelines and GPU clusters.
• Develop datasets, synthetic data, and evaluation frameworks.
• Optimize training, inference, benchmarking, and model serving.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and embedding pipelines.
• Implement Responsible AI, safety testing, and bias evaluation.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Evaluate emerging NLP research and foundation models.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions.
