Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks an Applied AI Engineer with 10+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions. You will lead the creation of production-grade AI pipelines, focusing on Python, PyTorch/JAX, LLMs, NLP, CV, and MLOps to deliver scalable and secure AI systems.

The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science or related field.
• 10+ years of professional AI/ML/DL experience.
• Expert-level Python with PyTorch/JAX/TF.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions for complex business challenges.
• Architect scalable training, inference, and MLOps pipelines for enterprise AI.
• Develop, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs, NLP, CV and multimodal AI systems.
• Build AI apps with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Design ML pipelines for NLP, CV, recommandation and predictive analytics.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and infrastructure across cloud and distributed environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Establish best practices for model evaluation, governance, security, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to leadership and reviews.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and foundations to drive innovation.
