Qualifications

• 10+ years in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Applied AI.
• Strong Python programming skills and framework experience.
• Production deployment of AI/ML models and systems.
• Proven leadership and mentoring
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade AI and ML solutions for complex business challenges.
• Architect scalable training, inference, and MLOps pipelines for enterprise AI.
• Develop, fine‑tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs, NLP, CV, and multimodal models.
• Build AI apps leveraging RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to deliver production AI.
