Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI/DS or related field.
• 10+ years of AI/ML/Deep Learning experience.
• Expert programming in Python with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Production experience with LLMs, NLP, CV, and deep learning.
• Knowledge of distributed training, GPU optimization, and production ML deployment.
• Hands-on MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and automated workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions for complex business challenges.
• Architect scalable training, inference, and MLOps pipelines for enterprise AI apps.
• Develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs, DL models, and multimodal AI systems.
• Leverage RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Build ML pipelines for NLP, CV, recommendations, and analytics.
• Optimize performance, latency, and scalability across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Establish governance, security, monitoring, and lifecycle practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and foundation models.
