Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced NLP AI Engineer with 10+ years in AI/ML/NLP to design, fine-tune, optimize, and deploy enterprise-scale LLMs. Expertise in PyTorch, transformer architectures, RLHF, and MLOps is essential to lead cross-functional AI initiatives.

The role emphasizes scalable distributed training, data pipelines, model evaluation, and collaboration across AI research, engineering, and product teams for production-ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML/NLP/LLM engineering
• Proficient Python with PyTorch and transformer architectures
• Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs for production environments
• Skilled in distributed training technologies (FSDP, DeepSpeed ZeRO, parallelism)
• Experience with RLHF, DPO, PPO, or similar preference optimization techniques
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) for AI workloads
• Strong ML, deep learning, NLP, MLOps knowledge and leadership

Responsibilities

• Design, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs using SFT, LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF, DPO, PPO, PEFT
• Architect scalable distributed training pipelines on GPU clusters
• Develop datasets, synthetic data generation, and evaluation frameworks to improve model accuracy
• Optimize large-scale GPU training, inference, experiment tracking, and model serving
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor junior AI engineers
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to deliver enterprise AI apps
• Evaluate emerging NLP research and foundation models to drive innovation
• Ensure enterprise scalability, security, compliance, and operational excellence
