Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced NLP AI Engineer with 10+ years of experience to design, fine-tune, optimize, and deploy enterprise-scale Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work across AI research, engineering, and product teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions at scale.

The role requires deep expertise in PyTorch, transformer architectures, distributed training, RLHF, DPO, model evaluation, and MLOps, and offers a fully remote US-based work arrangement with

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in CS/AI/ML/NLP or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional AI/ML/NLP/LLM experience.
• Expert Python with PyTorch and transformer architectures.
• Experience deploying LLMs to production.
• Strong distributed training experience (FSDP, DeepSpeed, pipeline, tensor, model parallelism).
• Hands-on RLHF, DPO, PPO, or similar techniques.
• Experience with cloud AI workloads (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs using SFT, LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF, DPO, PPO, and PEFT.
• Architect scalable distributed training pipelines on GPUs.
• Develop datasets, synthetic data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
• Optimize GPU training, inference, and model serving.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search.
• Develop benchmarking, safety testing, and Responsible AI evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor junior AI engineers.
• Evaluate emerging NLP research and foundation models.
• Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
