You will develop testimony and briefing materials, analyze multi-year trends, and coordinate with government managers to ensure fiscal health and compliant performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of experience.
• Proven financial support and budget analysis experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) for budgeting.
• Strong MS PowerPoint for charts and briefings.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; CI polygraph and OCONUS travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal program budget analysis and documentation.
• Justify and defend budgets to oversight bodies.
• Develop budget testimony and responses to inquiries (ODNI/OSD/OMB/Congress).
• Analyze complex financial data and identify multi-year trends.
• Recommend fiscal execution spend plans and funding shortfall strategies.
