Job summary

QinetiQ US (formerly Avantus Federal) is seeking a senior Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). You will provide comprehensive program management oversight and strategic support to NGA program offices, conducting in-depth analyses, managing risk, and translating technical progress into clear stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

Master's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, compliant with GSA standards.
Experience in program management (cost, schedule, performance, risk).
Experience supporting the full lifecycle of Major System Acquisitions within the DoW or IC.
Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access; #qinetiqclearedjob
Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
Eligible for OCONUS travel.

Responsibilities

Oversee and conduct integrated cost, schedule, risk, and contract performance analyses to identify enterprise-level trends.
Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating progress into clear reports for leaders.
Lead development of strategic resource integration plans and validate resource requirements to achieve long-term objectives.
Analyze internal and external projects to identify interdependencies, risks, and conflicts, and provide actionable recommendations to program managers.
Prepare for senior management reviews with briefing materials and action tracking.
