Job summary

TrueNAS is seeking a dynamic New Business Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a remote position in MST/PST, focused on developing and executing strategies to drive sales.

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to cultivate and maintain productive relationships with partners. This remote role offers a base pay range of $190,000 to $210,000 annually as part of the OTE, with comprehensive benefits including

Qualifications

• 4+ years of outside sales with a focus on new customer acquisition or business development; consistently delivering $4M+ per year in bookings.
• 4+ years of IT infrastructure sales experience preferred
• Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Achieve Annual and Quarterly Sales Key Performance Indicators, Objectives, and Bookings Goals.
• Respond to assigned inbound inquiries.
• Vet and determine end-user business objectives - elevate the conversation.
• Produce and deliver quotes, to book opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Actively generate sufficient pipeline to achieve new business sales booking goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineer and Sales Management to secure bookings.
• Document sales activities within Salesforce.
