Job summary

Poppy Bank is seeking a Client Service Representative at multiple levels (II/III or Senior) to open new consumer and business accounts, process transactions, and cross-sell products. The role requires strong client relations and adherence to banking regulations.

Office-based position with ongoing customer service and sales responsibilities. The CSR will handle account openings, maintenance, and referrals to appropriate staff and partners, ensuring compliance with bank policies and state/federal

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years banking teller experience is required.
• Advanced experience with opening consumer accounts and complex business accounts is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Minimum of three years strong customer relations skills and the ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative and positive manner.
• Possesses strong knowledge of basic banking regulations such as BSA and Information Security.
• Must be proficient in using Word, Excel, and Outlook applications and banking programs.

Responsibilities

• Interview and profile customers to recommend banking products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Open and support consumer and business checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate Accounts.
• Provide expedient and courteous service to all clients in person and on the phone.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and stay abreast of regulations.
