Job summary

Poppy Bank seeks a Client Service Representative III/Senior New Accounts to process new consumer and complex business accounts and cross-sell banking services. The role requires in-office work and a strong focus on customer relations.

Responsibilities include opening accounts, maintaining and closing account types, handling teller transactions, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Prior teller experience and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years banking teller experience
• Experience opening consumer accounts and basic business accounts
• Strong customer relations skills and ability to work with customers and employees
• Knowledge of basic banking regulations (BSA, Information Security)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook banking programs

Responsibilities

• Open and support consumer and business checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate Accounts
• Promote bank services and cross-sell products to clients
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations including Bank Secrecy Act
• Provide expedient and courteous service to all clients
• Process teller transactions and maintain balancing records
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services
