Job summary

Poppy Bank in California is seeking Client Service Representatives at multiple levels to open new consumer and business accounts, guide clients in selecting accounts and services, and provide exceptional service. The role includes cross-selling, maintaining accounts, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and state/federal regulations.

Positions vary from CSR II to Senior CSR III, with supervisory responsibilities preferred for senior roles and opportunities for growth within the branch

Qualifications

• Interviews and profiles customers to recommend banking products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to new and existing customers.
• Open and support consumer and business accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs).
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and applicable banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Open and support consumer and business checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate Accounts.
• Provide expedient and courteous service to all clients in person and on the phone.
• Ensure all documentation is approved and uploaded in the core system.
• Adhere to banking regulations including Bank Secrecy Act.
