Job summary

Poppy is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative II–III or Senior level to handle new consumer and complex business accounts, fund openings, and account maintenance. The role emphasizes cross-selling and adherence to banking regulations while delivering strong client service in an office setting.

The position requires knowledge of consumer and business accounts, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and supervisory preferences.

Qualifications

• Three+ years banking teller experience required for Senior level.
• Experience opening consumer and complex business accounts.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic banking regulations such as BSA and Information Security.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook in banking programs.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interview and profile customers to recommend banking products.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer clients to staff/partners.
• Open and support consumer and business accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs).
• Maintain and close account types; perform branch clerical duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and achieve branch goals.
• Collaborate with other staff to identify sales opportunities.
