Qualifications

• Three years banking teller experience recommended for Senior New Accounts/CSR III.
• Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate with staff and customers.
• Knowledge of basic banking regulations (e.g., BSA, Information Security).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook and banking programs.

Responsibilities

• Interview and profile customers to recommend banking products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to new and existing customers.
• Open and support consumer and business checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate accounts.
• Ensure documentation is approved and uploaded in the core system.
