Job summary

Poppy Bank is seeking a Client Service Representative at Senior New Accounts/CSR III or lower levels. The role focuses on opening new consumer and business accounts, cross-selling products, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and state/federal regulations.

You will work to maintain client relations and refer clients to appropriate staff for services. The ideal candidate has banking experience, strong customer relations, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Senior/CSR III requires at least 3 years of banking teller experience.
• Advanced experience opening consumer and complex business accounts.
• Supervisory experience preferred for Senior level.
• Strong customer relations skills and professional communication.
• Knowledge of basic banking regulations such as BSA and Information Security.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interviews and profiles customers to recommend banking products.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to new and existing customers.
• Open and support consumer and business checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate Accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expedient and courteous service to clients.
• Assist with teller transactions as needed.
