Job summary

Segra is seeking an OSP Construction Manager to lead the Charleston WV market network delivery team and provide technical leadership across Sales, OSP, and PMO. This remote, full-time role requires navigating diverse jurisdictions and ensuring high-quality circuit delivery.

You will drive standardized processes, build essential relationships with franchises and utilities, and oversee multiple projects across regions with safety and efficiency as top priorities.

Qualifications

• Five years in Engineering, Construction, or Operations.
• Knowledge of utility construction: aerial, underground, or fiber splicing.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead network delivery team and interface with Sales, OSP, and PMO groups.
• Ensure standardized processes during all phases of circuit delivery to new customers.
• Establish relationships with franchises, utilities, state agencies, and one-call systems.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, timely, and efficiently.
