Job summary

Aqueduct Technologies is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Consultant to own design, deployment, assessment, and troubleshooting of complex customer environments within our Professional Services team. You will independently lead multiple projects while mentoring engineers and serving as the primary escalation point for technical issues.

You will drive outcomes by delivering trusted guidance, ensuring quality in design and implementation, and balancing billable work with mentoring and QA

Qualifications

• 4+ years deploying solutions in IT consulting or professional services.
• Ability to lead deployments with minimal oversight and manage escalations.
• Experience designing and deploying solutions aligned with best practices and reference architectures.
• Proven track record mentoring engineers and guiding delivery teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, detail orientation, and focus on high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Delivery: design, deploy, assess, and support complex multi-product solutions.
• Act as escalation point for technical issues during delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and delivery engineers.
• Ensure quality of design, implementation, and documentation per statements of work.
• Build trust with customers through clear communication and outcome-focused guidance.
• Contribute to internal delivery practices and reference architectures.
