The Senior Service Delivery Consultant is a hands-on, customer-facing technical engineering role within our Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll own the design, deployment, assessment, and troubleshooting of complex customer environments, independently leading multiple simultaneous projects while acting as a mentor and first-line escalation point for other engineers.

As a Senior Service Delivery Consultant – Network & Security, you deliver Aqueduct’s enterprise networking and cybersecurity solutions with confidence and precision. You lead and execute complex assessments, validated designs, and secure, scalable deployments across campus, datacenter, cloud, and hybrid environments. You also help advance modern delivery practices through automation, Infrastructure as Code, and emerging AI-assisted engineering workflows.
