Job summary

CBTS seeks a Project Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of LAN, WAN, OT, network security, and wireless projects in a complex IT environment. You will coordinate design, build, migration, testing, and handover to operations, leading a ~20-person delivery team and serving as the primary customer liaison.

You’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, ensuring QCD success while driving continuous improvement and developing team capabilities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering, or IT service delivery, including 5+ years in network project delivery.
• Broad knowledge across networking including routing and switching, WAN (MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN), LAN, wireless, and network security.
• Project management knowledge including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change management.
• Proven experience in project delivery from requirements through handover to operations.
• Experience in a manager-level customer-facing role, managing expectations and reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of LAN, WAN, OT networks, network security, and wireless projects, including planning, design coordination, build, migration, testing, cutover, and handover to operations.
• Define project scope, schedule, budget, resource plan, and risk register; track progress and report status to the Service Delivery Manager and stakeholders.
• Assign and coordinate work across the delivery team, identify issues and risks early, drive mitigation, and escalate when needed.
• Act as bridge between customer and delivery engineers, translating requirements into executable work and managing QCD (change control, budget, quality reviews).
• Serve as the customer’s single point of contact with kickoff, status and steering meetings; prepare reports and communicate progress clearly to technical and business audiences.
• Drive Kaizen activities, run lessons-learned reviews, standardize processes, and coach team members for career growth and retention.
