Job summary

UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead enterprise network project delivery in Plano, TX.

This onsite contract-to-hire role oversees a large delivery team and ensures portfolio execution, customer relationships, and financial performance. You will steward governance, risk, and service model development while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to achieve quality and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years IT infrastructure, network engineering, or IT service delivery.
• 5+ years in network project delivery.
• 5+ years leading project management staff or technical delivery teams.
• 3+ years managing team leads or managers with 20+ members.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, firewalls.
• Customer-facing leadership, executive communication, escalation and vendor management.
• Proficiency in English; willingness to work with Japanese teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent network infrastructure projects respecting scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Establish governance, change controls, reporting standards, and risk management processes.
• Coach and mentor Project Delivery Leads; manage workforce planning and capacity.
• Serve as primary customer contact and present updates to executives.
• Provide technical oversight across routing, switching, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, firewalls, and OT.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, utilization, and billing inputs.
• Coordinate vendors and integration partners; monitor QA and delivery performance.
• Track KPIs on schedule, cost, quality, resource use, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure deployments meet cybersecurity policies and SLAs; develop service catalogs.
