Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years IT infrastructure/ network delivery, including 3+ years in network project delivery.
• Strong enterprise networking knowledge: LAN/WAN, routing, switching, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, firewalls, NAC.
• Experience delivering projects from requirements to handover, with budgets, schedules and risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle: requirements, planning, implementation, migration, testing, cutover, handover.
• Define and track scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Lead technical delivery teams and coordinate workloads across projects.
• Oversee delivery involving routing, switching, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, wireless, firewalls and NAC.
• Maintain QCD accountability and provide clear status and escalations.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors against agreed deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain project governance, documentation and change control.
• Coach team members and drive continuous improvement.

About the Role

UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking a Network Project Delivery Lead to manage enterprise network infrastructure projects across LAN, WAN, wireless, network security, and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will lead approximately 20 technical professionals, coordinate customers and vendors, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements, planning, implementation, migration, testing, cutover, and operational handover.
• Define and track project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead technical delivery teams, assign responsibilities, and coordinate workloads across multiple projects.
• Oversee delivery involving routing, switching, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, wireless, firewalls, NAC, and network segmentation.
• Maintain accountability for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
• Serve as a key customer contact, lead project meetings, and provide clear status reports and escalation updates.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors against agreed deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain project documentation, governance, and change control.
• Coach team members and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and Kaizen practices.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering, or IT service delivery, including 3+ years in network project delivery.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, firewalls, and NAC.
• Proven experience managing projects from requirements gathering through implementation and operational handover.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and changes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in customer-facing delivery management and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX, and travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering OT or industrial networking projects in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of plant networks, IT/OT segmentation, and industrial networking protocols.
• Experience working with automotive companies, Japanese organizations, or multinational teams.
• Familiarity with Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project, or Power BI.
