Job summary

UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking a Network Project Delivery Lead to manage enterprise network infrastructure projects across LAN, WAN, wireless, network security, and OT environments.

You will report to the Service Delivery Manager, lead about 20 technical professionals, coordinate customers and vendors, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years IT infrastructure/ network delivery, including 3+ years in network project delivery.
• Strong enterprise networking knowledge: LAN/WAN, routing, switching, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, firewalls, NAC.
• Experience delivering projects from requirements to handover, with budgets, schedules and risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle: requirements, planning, implementation, migration, testing, cutover, handover.
• Define and track scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Lead technical delivery teams and coordinate workloads across projects.
• Oversee delivery involving routing, switching, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, wireless, firewalls and NAC.
• Maintain QCD accountability and provide clear status and escalations.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors against agreed deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain project governance, documentation and change control.
• Coach team members and drive continuous improvement.
