Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for the customer regarding operational and performance issues.
• Monitor project performance to meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular reports on program performance.
• Coordinate efforts of Operations, IT, Quality, and Billing teams.
• Identify non-conformance issues and develop remedial plans.
• Translate operational needs into draft requirements for IT development.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer issues promptly through escalation processes and internal coordination.
• Conduct meetings with Operations/Business managers to meet customer needs and deadlines.

Required Experience:
