Job summary

Kentik is seeking a Network Intelligence Advisor to lead post-sales technical engagements and professional services for customers worldwide. You will act as a technical architect, helping clients integrate Kentik into their environments, solve complex network problems, and unlock advanced use cases.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, delivering value, and driving platform adoption across data centers, cloud, and edge networks. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-tech solutions engineering, professional services, or network engineering.
• Must be located on the U.S. East Coast.
• Strong understanding of network and application protocols (Netflow, BGP, SNMP, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP).
• Proven experience managing Cisco/Juniper routers and Linux servers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute technical professional services projects, ensuring successful implementation of advanced features and integrations.
• Provide expert guidance on network observability and infrastructure design using Kentik insights.
• Dig into customer usage patterns to uncover opportunities and recommend features/workflows.
• Assist in integrating Kentik with customer tools via APIs and scripting.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver results.
